The series will be led by Nichele Carver of NJC Strategic Planning and Consulting, a nationally recognized expert in homelessness and housing policy with over 28 years of experience. Nichele has served as a Senior Regional Advisor at the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness, led state-level housing programs, and facilitated numerous trainings on systems change, direct service practice, and
leadership in the homelessness response system.
