The Continuum of Care (CoC) exists to create an emergency response system to permanently house and stabilize individuals and families experiencing or are at risk of homelessness. This work is accomplished
through a collaborative and inclusive community process, and management of resources and services that effectively and efficiently end homelessness in all localities that make up the CoC. This training will provide details about the required components of a CoC and the attributes that have been shown to build stronger systems with the proven effects of effectively addressing homelessness.
